I met Rick nearly 20 years ago when he was the IT consultant for a mutual client. When I bought my office in Cobleskill in 2007, he became my go to guy for all my IT needs. He has built all my machines from workstations, to my brand new awesome server that can handle 20+ people logged in simultaneously. When payroll needed to be done and we had a server issue, he didn't hesitate to rush over and fix the issue, the day before he was scheduled to go on vacation with his family. I had a security camera system installed by another company. As time went on I was unable to view my system via my iPhone or iPad.
